International Shipping

International Orders: Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Post-Delivery Responsibility: Klay Rituals is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The products must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

  • Returns and exchange requests will be subject to inspection and approval by Klay Rituals.ā€‹
